The story: The Watervale hill which delivers wonderful rieslings steered by highly regarded Kerri Thompson, also is renowned for its shiraz. From this year, many cabernets also hit some great notes. This one is fantastic.
The flavour: Dark, impressive colours, then older vine balance and blackcurrant clarity in the aromas, which come alive after a short breathing time. This is all about the build of flavour.
